Bob "the Brewmaster" Reveals DBF Secrets

Can he brew it? Yes, he can!

Many Displaced Brewery Fanatics remember Bob strictly as “the brewmaster at the Detroit Brew Factory.” He was the guy who coaxed such great aromas and flavors out of the steam-heated kettles at the now defunct local brewery.

Last month, Bob shared several popular recipes at the Fanatics meeting in March, revealing some brewing secrets to which many DBF members thought they would never have access. Those able to attend the meeting were very familiar with Centenial Ale and Stanley Red, the two ale styles most commonly found on tap at the former location.

Also at the March meeting, Skip Uhl provided a sampling of his home brews. He included information on brewing the beers at home. All home brewing supplied necessary to make the beers are available at Park Winery, meeting place for the DBF.
